Kagami stood alone, he was enjoying the scent of the cool air, the smell of his home planet. The Skaal had been here since birth, his skin having the same pale tones to it as the rest of his kind. His horns were what made him stand out. though, well, horn. He'd always been a trouble maker as a child, getting into arguments about his beliefs before disappearing into the terrain days at a time. He'd disappeared as he usually did - of course, no one thought much of it, that was until he returned. Bloody, bruised and a horn down. He claimed to have been attacked by someone, a cloaked assailant who then took his left dragon's horn, he'd taken something that had meant so much to Kagami.
The memory caused the Skaal to wince, his hand gently tracing over the nub that had been left behind - he'd prayed for it to grow back but praying didn't help him defy their physical build. Kagami's eyes had begun to water at some stage and now he quickly brushed the salty tears away with his hand. The past was the past, there was no point bringing back bitter memories he supposed. His twin tails had begun to lash, their jet black colour contrasting against his pallid skin and silver armour. It was quite rare to see the Scion in casual clothing, despite his generally laid-back personality he always appeared ready to defend himself. He always wore his chest armour with a loose fabric shirt and tight fitting pants - he'd found that light armour was the best and wearing leg armour made it hard to move as gracefully as he would like.
Gentle whispers of the wind stirred Kagami from his thoughts, his alabaster strands of hair dancing across his forehead, the wind caressing his elf-like ears. He certainly donned a rather strange appearance - but then again most of those that inhabited Thora looked strange in their own ways. With strangely tinted skin tones, wild eyes, tails and antlers - he had to say their customs were rather strange as well. Not so much strange he supposed, though to any outsider they would seem that way, the Allos and the Skaals were both a unique species. The Allos were antlered with colourful tints to their skin while the Skaals were the Dragonborn - apparently at least. Kagami could understand where he and the other Skaals had earned such a title, with their dragon horns ad scales - which in Kagami's case were a dark grey - and of course their lion-like tails.
At the thought Kagami gently traced the scales that reached from his temple to the back of his neck, from there they dispersed across his upper torso, their hard surface was smooth to the touch, cool just like his blood and the air around him. A small smile tilted his lips upward, revealing the sharp pearly whites that had been hidden behind the pale pink of his lips. He was glad to be as he was. He was, what could be called proud of himself for achieving what he had. A goofy smile allowed the dimple in his cheek to become visible and he reached his arms and curved his back as he stretched.
He supposed he'd better go see if there was anyone to talk to.
// wasn't really sure how to introduce him but ayee
